Haunted Harvest at De Tierra featuring Chef Brad Briske (La Balena Carmel)

Location: De Tierra Vineyards, 503 Corral de Tierra, Salinas Ca 93908. Follow Corral de Tierra Road, turn left at 4 corners, follow the road until you see the vineyards ahead. Take a left through the gates that say ‘De Tierra Vineyards’ and follow the road up and to the left.
Entertainment: Costume contest will be held. The winner will take home a bottle of each of the four unreleased wines featured in the dinner.
Menu: Chef Brad Briske from La Balena Carmel will design a seasonally focused menu around the four unreleased wines that will be featured in the dinner: 2012 Russell Chardonnay, 2011 Sargenti Chardonnay, 2011 Russell Pinot Noir and the 2012 Russell Cabernet Franc.
